Sunsites Community Golf, LLC
We encourage all area residents and other interested people
to join Sunsites Community Golf, LLC
This LLC leases and manages
the Golf Course
Contributions and Memberships are the bedrocks of support for the Golf Course and our Community. To
that end, we encourage everyone to join the LLC.
OPTION ONE
By electing to direct your $50 per month ($600 annualized) capital contribution to
SUNSITES COMMUNITY GOLF, LLC, you
become a member of the LLC.
For
this minimum capital contribution,
the member receives one LLC vote.
· Members will elect the advisory board, managing members and vote on
major policy issues.
· Members will receive a K-1 form
at the end
of the accounting period.
The K-1 will distribute the effect
of any profit or loss.
You may elect not to be a member of the
LLC. If so please direct your $50 a month ($600 annualized) contribution to the General Operating Fund. Your contribution
would be equally valuable in our efforts to preserve Sunsites.
